教会って何？
教会では、イエスについて皆で学び、彼の人々へ素晴らしいの愛について知り、他の人も同じように学ぶことが出来るように助けてくれる場所です。
ジーザスライフハウスは、イエスの愛を経験した若者が沢山います。イエスはどこか遠くにいる神様ではなく、私たちと深い関係を築きたいと思ってくれる神様です。そして、教会は楽しくて、喜びいっぱいであるべきだと信じています！教会は、安心して成長できる場所で、人生のあらゆる分野について学べる場所です。また、教会では、一生涯の友達ができ、励まされ、学校や職場、友達、男女関係、金銭面、家庭で助けになることを学ぶことが出来ます。
クリスチャンである必要はある？
いいえ、毎週ジーザスライフハウスには、クリスチャンでない方も参加されています。どなたでも大歓迎です。多くの方は、私たちの礼拝が元気で楽しく、皆がフレンドリーであることに大変驚かれます。
クリスチャンになることを強要されることは決してありませんが、もし神様や聖書にご興味を持っている方、新しい人に会いたいと思っている方にとって、教会は素晴らしいスタートの場所です！
ジーザスライフハウスの礼拝では何をしているの？
ジーザスライフハウスでは、クリエイティブに神様に私たちの愛を示しています。ジーザスライフハウスの礼拝では、クリスチャンのロックやポップな音楽をバンドが演奏します。全て曲の歌詞は、スクリーンに映されるため、英語や日本語で一緒に歌うことが出来ます。音楽にのって、ダンスやジャンプをする人たちもいます。司会者は、今後のイベントをお知らせしたり、ジーザスライフハウスでどのようにボランティアや金銭的サポートを通して関わっていくことが出来るか紹介します。(献金やボランティアは強制ではありません。)
そして、元気づけられる素晴らしいメッセージがあります。とてもエキサイティングで、心に触れられ、面白いメッセージです。
ジーザスライフハウスの礼拝では、全てがバイリンガル(日本語/英語)で行われるため、困ることもありません。飲み物やお菓子を楽しみながら、いろいろな人と交流し、友達を作る機会もあります。
お金を払う必要はある？
いいえ、礼拝は全て無料です。献金や募金を集う時間は毎週ありますが、決して強制ではありません。初めて私たちの教会に来られた方には、小さなプレゼントとインフォメーションカードをお渡ししています。ぜひカードにご記入いただければ、メールを通して、今後のイベントの情報をお送りします。
何を着ていけば良い？
ジーザスライフハウスでは、服装に関する決まりは一切ありません。皆さんにとって快適な恰好で来てください。
皆、英語を話せるの？
ジーザスライフハウスでは、世界中から様々な言語を話す人たちが集まっています。ジーザスライフハウスの一員になるために、英語を話す必要はありません。全て日本語と英語で行われています。
教会の人達はフレンドリー？
はい！ドアを開けて入ると、とってもフレンドリーな人たちが皆さんをお迎えし、案内をしたり、いろいろな人に紹介してくれます。
聖書は使うの？
はい。聖書は神様からの世界への手紙だと信じています。聖書は私たちの人生に自信を与えてくれる知恵と力で満ちています。教会では、毎週聖書を通して学んでいます。
聖書は力強い喜びに溢れた人生を歩む大きな助けとなります。
WHAT IS CHURCH?
Church is a community of people who are learning together about Jesus and his amazing love for people, then helping others do the same.
Jesus Lifehouse is full of young people who are experiencing Jesus as not a far away God, but a close God whose desire is to have deep relationship with you. We believe church should be fun and full of joy! Church is a safe place to grow and learn for all areas of life. In church you will find life-long friends, feel encouraged and learn things that will help you with school, work, friends, relationships, finances, family
and so much more.
DO I HAVE TO BE A CHRISTIAN?
No, every week people who are not Christians join Jesus Lifehouse. All are welcome.
Most are shocked at how fun our services are and how friendly the people are. There is never an obligation to become a Christian but if you would like to know more about God and the bible, or meet people, church is a great place to start!
WHAT HAPPENS AT A JESUS LIFEHOUSE SERVICE?
At Jesus Lifehouse Church we love to creatively express our love for God. At a Jesus Lifehouse service there is great Christian Rock/pop music played by the Jesus Lifehouse band. All the words to the songs will be on video screens so you can sing along in both English and Japanese. Some people dance and jump around to the music. An MC will talk about upcoming events and how you can get more involved with Jesus Lifehouse, by volunteering or giving financially (giving and volunteering are not compulsory).
There is a fantastic message by a leader to encourage you. These messages are exciting, moving, and funny! Everything that happens at Jesus Lifehouse Church services is bilingual (Japanese and English) so you can understand everything.
There is a time to meet people and make friends, while eating free snacks and drinks.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR ANYTHING?
No, all our church services are free! We give people an opportunity to give every week, but this is not compulsory. If it’s your first time to visit our church, we have a small present and an information card for you. Please fill in the card so that we can keep you updated about exciting church events via email.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
There is no dress code at Jesus Lifehouse so you should wear clothes that you feel comfortable in.
DOES EVERYONE SPEAK ENGLISH?
In Jesus Lifehouse there are people from all over the world with many different languages. You don’t need to speak English to be a part of the Jesus Lifehouse community.
Everything is done in 2 languages: Japanese and English.
ARE PEOPLE FRIENDLY?
Yes! When you come into the door, friendly people will welcome you, show you around and introduce you to some people.
DO YOU USE THE BIBLE?
Yes. We believe the bible is Gods letter to the world. It is full of wisdom and power that will help and empower your life. We use it every week and learn from it. It helps us live powerful and joyful lives.
